WORK HISTORY
06/2005 to Present – Administrative Assistant – Cox Communications
Started in Building Access Department where I processed commercial property access agreements for Cox to
provide services to customers. Then I moved to the Right of Way Department assisting the Agents by
processing form letters, easements, scanning, and closing project files. This department was later merged with
the Pole Application/City Liaison/Permit Department. I then shifted to processing pole applications for Cox to
obtain approvals from other Telecommunication/Power Companies in order to attach facilities/cables to those
poles. Then assigned additional job duties of pulling Cox facility system maps for outside entities, process
invoices and create/maintain monthly and quarterly reports for several teams. In July of this year, I was moved
to new job in which I assist the construction planners with administration work for new projects and still
maintain some of my other job duties. I also order/maintain office supplies for 5 different teams.
11/2003 to 05/2005 – Administrative Assistant – Elliott & Associates
I started at this company as a billing assistant and transcriptionist. I then moved to the front desk clerical
secretary and eventually at both locations (1/2 day at each location). I would answer phones, greet clients,
process incoming and outgoing mail, and assisted the Counselors with setting up client testing or files for the
current/next day appointments.

I created new account files buy pulling appropriate title documents and property maps, data entry into company
program with new account details and information. I also processed title requests from outside entities with a
24 hour turn around.
